EOS MQ deprecation

Hello,

But in the 5.2 release notes the only mention about MQ is a bug fix: eos/doc/diopside/releases/diopside-release.rst at master · cern-eos/eos · GitHub

I also checked Important notes for the eos-5.2.0 release

Can anyone confirm if the MQ component can (or must?) be removed in a v5.2 EOS installation?

Hi Ryan,

No, the MQ was not removed in 5.2. You still needed it running to have a functioning EOS cluster.
