Hello,
We have been observing that when using user fuse mount with eos fuse mount /path/to/folder
command, the authentication is lost (i.e. it becomes nobody uid=99
) after a few minutes of inactivity (seems 20 minutes, i.e. 1200 seconds) on the mount. This whether we use sss or krb5 authentication. If we regularly read some file on the mount, the authentication is kept for at least several hours.
Is it the desired behaviour ? Is there a way to configure this timeout period ? Or to recreate the session once it is lost (like we do with eosfusebind
on a system mount) without unmounting-remounting ?
Thank you in advance!
Franck
