Eos-rocksdb package and EOS 5.2

Hi,

I am testing the installation of 5.2.21 packages from the EL9 repo. I noticed in

the following

%define eos_rocksdb_version 8.8.1

Can you please confirm if the eos-rocksdb package is required at runtime by any of the EOS packages or it is only required for building the EOS rpms?

I think it is the later - the installtion of eos-server, eos-client etc did not pull eos-rocksdb as a dep - but if you could confirm that would be great.

Hi George,

Yes, that is true, eos-rocksdb is only needed during the build process.
