Eos-docker-utils vs docker repo scripts

Hello,

The eos docker documentation references an eos-docker-utils package though I no longer see a package for such in the repo

Is eos-docker-utils still around or should the scripts in the repo be called directly as Elvin pointed to here

We are setting up an eos docker testbed with an mgm and a few fsts to experiment with various RAIN layouts, etc.
